JEE Advanced Results 2017: Pune boy Akshat Chugh bags the second rank all over India

PUNE: Akshat Chugh who recently scored 98% in the CBSE Class 12 results has bagged the second rank all over India in the JEE - Advanced Results 2017 that were announced on Sunday, 11 June. Akshat scored a brilliant 446/450 to achieve the second rank.
Akshat wants to take admission in Computer Science in IIT - Bombay. He spoke to a leading daily and said, “After the bonus marks were awarded, I had a rough calculation of the scores but had not expected this.”
Akshat had bagged the 7th rank in the IIT - Mains with a scored of 345/350 and had ranked first in Pune. His current focus is on the counselling sessions and the admission process for IIT Bombay.
When Akshat spoke to one of the leading daily in the country he also added a line about IIT-Bombay, his choice of college and said, “I am eagerly awaiting to join, as it is one of the finest colleges in the country.” He also added, “Instead of rigorously preparing for over 14-15 hours a day and losing focus, it is important to strike a right balance between studies and hobbies.”
