Eligible candidates are required to fill a web enabled on-line application forms. Aspirants must create user login Id and password. Candidates are not permitted to create multiple Id’s. If any problem arises candidates must contact the following:

Once the application process is complete, candidates must take hard copy (a print out) of the electronically submitted online application and send it by speed post/registered post/by hand to the following address with copies of mark-sheets and pass-certificates of SSC/10th class, 12th class and Bachelor Degree. This has to be sent with a Demand draft worth of Rs. 1500/- for open / OBC category and Rs.750/- for SC/ST category drawn in favor of “NIMCET-2012” payable at Warangal.

Given below is the step wise instructions for filling NIMCET 2012 Application Form:
Step 1: Keep the following ready before filling-in the on-line application form
- scan your recent passport size photograph (alternatively, get a digital passport size photograph).
- scan your signature and keep these ready for uploading. Separate files should be created for the scanned photograph and signature in appropriate format (.jpeg, .png only). Maximum size of photograph file and signature file are 30 KB and 10 KB respectively.
- demand draft in favor of "NIMCET-2012" payble at "Warangal", ready to fill the DD details in the space provided.
Step 2: Using a Java script enabled browser (Internet Explorer 6.0 or above, or Mozila Firefox 3.0 or above), login to URL:
http://nimcet2012.nitw.ac.in/ which will take you to the home page of NIMCET-2012. “Login” tab is provided in the right panel of the home page with “New User” tab below it. Initially, press “New User” . Type your name (as given in your class SSC or 10th or equivalent certificate), email address, username and Password . Username Should contain at least six(6) aplha-numeric characters only, with the first two and last two being alphabets only. Password should contain at least six characters. The entries made here will be used in subsequent pages. After pressing “Submit” button, you will not be allowed to change the entries you made. However, you will be allowed to change password any number of times.
Step 3: Enter username and Password in the space provided for in right panel of the home page to fill Personal Information, Qualification and Demand Draft details.
Step 4: Fill-in all the fields in Personal Information Form.
Step 5: Upload the photograph file and also the signature file by clicking “Choose File” in Personal Information and then selecting the corresponding file.
Step 6: Fill-in all the three choices of examination centres in order of priority using drag-down menu. (An opted centre may be cancelled, if sufficient number of candidates does not opt it.) For any candidate, if all the selected choices of Centres are cancelled/not available, then NIT-WARANGAL Centre will be allotted to that candidate.
Step 7: Complete all other fields and press the “Save” button given at the end of the page. To save the entered data, it is essential to press “Save” button on each page. On pressing “Save & Continue” button in Personal Information Page, Educational Qualification Form will appear on screen. Complete all the fields given in the form and press “Save & Continue” button given at the bottom of the page. Complete all the required details of the bank draft on next page and then press “Save & Continue” button given at the bottom of the page.
Step 8: At the end filling the application, candidate has press “FINAL SUBMIT” button. Once “ FINAL SUBMIT” is pressed, the online data can not be altered.
Step 9: At this stage, candidate has to take hard-copy of electronically submitted online application form by pressing “Print” button that appears after “submit” button is pressed. An Application Number will be generated that will be displayed on right top of the Page-1 of the application form when you re-login after pressing the “Submit” button. Please note the application number for all future references and correspondence.
Step 10: On the hard copy of the application form(print out) put your signature at the bottom of each page and after the “Declaration” made in your application form. Send the completely filled-in application form along with all necessary enclosures to the following by speed post/registered post so as to reach on or before April 16, 2012 (Monday). The application form can also be submitted in the office of NIMCET-2012 at NIT, Warangal by hand on all working days between 10.00AM and 05.00 PM.:

NOTE:
- “New User” will be disabled after 9th April, 2012 and no one will be permitted create online login thereafter.
- The fields marked with red star are mandatory, fill all such fields; otherwise, you will not be allowed to save the data entered.
- Applicants will be permitted to submit application through online up to 12th April, 2012 only.
NIMCET 2012 Application Fee
The processing Fee for NIMCET-2012 test and counselling for admission to the MCA programme is Rs.1500 /- for OPEN/OBC category and Rs. 750/- for SC/ST category candidates. Candidates have to take Demand Draft for an appropriate amount relevant to their category. Demand Draft must be drawn in favor of “NIMCET-2012”, payable at Nationalized Bank in Warangal or Hanamkonda.
Candidates are required to write their name, address and Mobile/Phone Number and NIMCET-2012 Application Number generated, on the reverse side of the Demand Draft before sending to NIMCET-2012 office.
NIMCET 2012 Admit Cards
After scrutiny of hard copy (Print) of electronically submitted application along with demand draft and other documents submitted to the office of NIMCET-2012, NIT, Warangal, Admit Cards will be made available on the website,
http://nimcet2012.nitw.ac.in/ for all those applicants found eligible. Applicants will be required to download their Admit Card after login to this website. Admit Cards will not be sent separately. The candidates shall have to produce the Admit Card at the Test Centre, counseling centre and participating institute (PI) at the time of admission.
NIMCET 2012 Rank Cards
No separate Rank Card will be sent to the candidates. Ranks secured by candidates in the NIMCET-2012 website:
http://nimcet2012.nitw.ac.in and also in participating institutes’ websites. The rank information will be sent to candidate's email Id.
