Should IIMs conduct CAT twice a year?

The number of candidates appearing for Common Admission Test (CAT) is rising with the fact that an increasing number of institutes are considering CAT's scores for admission. An IIM official said that a significant number of working class want to go for it but due to their routine professional life, attending CAT is difficult for them as compared to fresh graduates. So for the sake of working class aspirants, should the CAT be conducted twice a year?
