Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should

• have qualified Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).
• secure admission in an Indian University or Institutes of Science or Technology.

In case of scholarship for PhD degree in Engineering and Science, the admission and award of GATE scholarship is dependent on the rules and regulations of the admission giving Institution

PhD 4 years


2) Value - ME/ MTech/ MArch/ MPharm Rs.5000 pm
PhD With MTech Rs.9500 pm, Without MTech Rs.8000 pm

A maximum of Rs.5000 pa

A maximum of Rs.20000 pa
