  1. Age - Below 30 years
  2. Academic - The candidate should have
    • graduated from a UGC recognised Indian University
    • a first class Degree from an Indian University or a recognised University abroad
  3. Other - The candidate should
    • be an Indian national
    • have admission to a top ranking institution
Application Procedure - Application in a prescribed format along with an estimate of funds required in Indian Rupees with the break-up, a 2000- word proposal, two samples of written work etc. (for details visit the foundation's Website) should be sent to the contact address given.

Selection Procedure - Short-listed candidates will be called for interviews. The candidate should ensure that s/he is present in India at the time of interviews.
