Students of in-college exchanges projects and self-paid students chosen by the Chinese universities can, by the Admission and the Visa Application Form for Self-Supporting Foreigners Wishing to Study in China (JW202 form) Form both delivered by the Chinese universities and the Physical Examination Record for Foreigner, submit applications to Chinese embassies and consulates for X visa within due terms.
Those who stay in China for less than half a year may apply for F visa.
Entry Procedures to china
Foreign students should enter within the due terms of the visas, and must undergo the inspections at frontiers inspection station, customs and health department.
A passport inspection at the inspection station is required for entrance into China.
Foreign students entering China are required to truthfully fill the Passenger’s Health Report formalities and show the Physical Examination Record for Foreigner by hospitals or their protective inoculation certificates. At the arrival of universities, they need to undergo an inspection of their health certificates. If the health records are found out of date or some items found lacking or not proper, then re-examinations are necessary.
