International students in Dubai with student visa are not allowed to do any type of job. However, they are allowed to work for an internship. To work in an internship program, students will need permission from their university. Some universities in Dubai help students to find internships. So if these internships are available, you may work while studying otherwise you may not work while studying in Dubai.

International Students can work part time for 20 hours a week in free zone areas they are required to get the permission from universities.
Part Time Jobs in Dubai
Current labour laws of the UAE do not permit students on student visas from undertaking paid employment in any capacity. Placement opportunities may be limited but will be in the areas of marketing, human resources, information systems and sales.
Full Time Jobs in Dubai
The job market is quite competitive, so be prepared to spend a few months searching in order to secure a quality full time, reasonably paid job. You should therefore make sure you are able to financially support yourself during this time.
Work Experience or Internships During Studies
Some universities works with local companies to arrange internship placements, for both postgraduate and undergraduate students. Students can also arrange their own internships through their own contacts.

All depends on the company, your experience and area of expertise.
