There is a certain criteria that needs to be met before a student decides to study abroad for a Masters in Business Administration. Once a student meets the criteria, only then is he/she eligible to study MBA. Same is the case in Canada as well. All the eligibility factors for MBA in Canada are mentioned below.

Eligibility

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution which is equivalent to Canadian bachelor’s degree.
  • Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) – The GMAT score should be between 500 – 600 to apply for MBA in Universities of Canada.
  • Some universities may also require work experience as an additional criteria to filter for the best candidates in the MBA program.
  • International applicants or students whose primary language of education is not English, Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is mandatory. The score obtained on the same should meet the requirements of the university that you are applying to.

Other than these main criteria for applying to MBA in Canada, each university could have a separate list of criteria as well so before zeroing down on a university you have to make sure that all the criteria are met as far as the university is concerned. 

 

In Canada, the average tuition fees for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program for international students is between $30,435-$31,856 (Canadian Dollars). Lansbridge University, Queen’s University, and Simon Fraser University have the same tuition fees for Canadian and International students. All other universities have a higher tuition fee for international students.
