Vinayaka Mission’s University academic programs are approved by the Distance Education Council, IGNOU, New Delhi.The university offers over 200 distance education programs. Its objective is to spread education on national and global level, especially in the field of Engineering, Dental, Homeopathy, Management and Medicine.

Students under the distance education are provided with Self-Instructional Materials for respective courses in the form of printed books. The students counseling is done through e-learning, video-conferencing and other such facilities.
The study centre provides students support services in terms of classroom, library, computer centre, faculty room, lab administrative office, Xerox facilities, video-conference, teleconference and other such facilities.

Well- trained, experienced, and qualified academic counselors conduct counseling and practical sessions at study centers. They also carry out evaluation for assignments, internal assessments for theory & practical sessions. The academic and administrative infrastructure is monitored at period intervals by the concerned School faculties as per their programs.

VMU DDE Admissions
There are three ways of procuring application material for admission to any announced programme:
(1) In Person: By directly remitting the cost of the application material in cash or demand draft at the notified sale counter(s);
(2) By Post: By sending request with demand draft which should include notified extra amount covering postage;
(3) On-line: By downloading the application form along with instructions from the relevant pages of the website and printing it out. When the option (3) is used the prescribed cost of application will have to be remitted through a demand draft, along with the completed application.
