Central College of Engineering & Management

For the admission in the engineering College, the candidate should have passed a schooling of twelve years under 10+2 system or have an equivalent qualification (diploma). (S)he should be a bonafied resident of the state or nominated student of other states. He has to qualify in the AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Examination) conducted by the CBSE. For admission under State Quota, a candidate is expected to qualify PET conducted by Professional Examination Board, Chhattisgarh (CGVYAPAM). Thereafter, candidates having domicile of Chhattisgarh State are called for counseling by Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Chhattisgarh and according to availability at the time of counseling seats are allotted. The branch wise intake are reserved for State Quota, All India Quota & Management Quota. The percentages of various quotas are decided by the State Government. However, the current proportions are State Quota: 60%, All India Quota: 25% and Management Quota: 15%.

The college has a well established library which caters to the need of the undergraduate and post graduate students, research scholars and the faculty. The library functions on an open access system for the faculty members and the research scholars. The library remains open from morning till night on all working days
