JNTU Distance Education - JNTU SCDE Hyderabad

To cater to the academic aspiration of the working engineers, the Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University established the School of Continuing and Distance Education in 1983. The University is recognized by the Distance Education Council (DEC), New Delhi.
The University has launched a B.Tech Correspondence Cum Contact(CCC) program adopting the Distance Education mode. The JNT University Hyderabad has also introduced Post-graduate Programs under Correspondence cum Contact mode.
Some of the facilities that the University provided for its students includes library, canteen, transportation, post office, and bank.
JNTU Distance Education Courses Offered
The institute provides PG Diploma in two subjects, industrial safety and Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and Regulatory affairs.
JNTU Distance Education Admissions
- Admission to post-graduate courses like MBA and MCA offered by the university will be considered by the scores in the ICET examination with the basic eligibility criteria being a Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate field.
- The candidate seeking admission under Distance Education Mode into this B.Tech. (CCC) Programme should be Diploma holder in the branch of Engineering concerned, and should be working in the jurisdiction of the university.
- The candidates are required to produce all original certificates/documents for verification at the time of registration/ admission.
- Application Form of the university can be obtained either through visiting any of the campus office or can be filled through online process from the official website.
