Candidates who are coming from outside of Delhi can reach the Indian capital by rial, road or air and then head straight to Dwarka using the metro, local bus or car. By Metro :

If you are coming from Metro, get off at Dwarka Mor Metro Station. The NSIT campus main gate is approximately 1.3 km
from this station, on Azad Hind Fauz Marg. One can take a bus or a rikshaw to the main gate, though walking never hurts on a fine day.

Note:  If  you  are  at  the New  Delhi  railway  station,  then  you  can  go  to  New  Delhi  Metro  station  and  get  the  metro  to  Ravij Chowk  (Yellow line) from  where  you  can  get  the  Dwarka  Mor  Metro (Blue line). You  can  directly  purchase  the  ticket  from  New  Delhi  Metro  to Dwarka Mor.
