NMAT 2022: Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and other business schools across India have announced admission to their various programs for the academic year 2022-2023.

The programs offered especially by NMIMS are,

  • Two-year Full Time Programs (Mumbai Campus) – MBA, MBA – HR, MBA – Pharmaceutical Management
  • PGDM – Bengaluru & Hyderabad Campus

To take admission into any of the above mentioned programs, one has to give an entrance exam, NMAT 2022, which is conducted by GMAC. NMAT is an entrance exam which paves the way for admission into many leading management programs across India.

NMAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The NMAT 2022 eligibility criteria has been released by Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). Check out the eligibility criteria for NMAT 2022 below:

  1. Nationality:  Candidate must be an Indian citizen 
  2. Graduation: Candidate is required to have 3-4 years of graduation degree from a recognised college.
  3. Minimum Marks: Minimum marks of 50% is required in graduation.
  4. Age: There is no upper age limit to appear in NMAT
  5. Work Experience: No work experience is required 
  6. Final year students can also apply for the examination considered that they will be able to submit their mark sheet at the time of admission 
  7. Number of attempts: There is limit to the no number of year a candidate can apply for exam. Although a candidate can appear only 3 times in an exam in one year including reappear exams.

NMAT 2022 Syllabus

The NMAT 2022 Syllabus consists of three sections, namely, Language Skills, Quantitative Skills, and Logical Reasoning. Each of these three sections will have 36 questions, and candidates are required to complete each section within 120 minutes.

Listed below are the three sections of the NMAT 2022 Syllabus with their important topics:

  1. Language Skills: Reading Comprehension, Para Forming, Error Identification, Prepositions, Sentence Completion, Analogies
  2. Quantitative Skills: Critical Reasoning, Analytical Puzzles, Deductions, Other Reasoning
  3. Logical Reasoning: Number Properties, Arithmetic, Algebra, and Probability, DI Caselets and Tables, DI Graphs and Charts, Data Sufficiency

NMAT 2022 Registration

Before you schedule a test date and test centre for NMAT, you must register and pay for the same. Please follow the steps mentioned below to register yourself for the NMAT Exam 2022.

  1. Account Creation on www.nmat.org.in or mba.com with a valid email address.
  2. Personal, contact information, educational qualifications, work experience, list of programs you want to send your NMAT scores to, and ID of the test centre needs to be filled in. Accept the terms and conditions as well.
  3. Name and Date of Birth on your registration form as well as the primary and secondary ID needs to be exactly same.
  4. Under the ‘School Preferences’ section you need to choose the schools you want to send your score to. In your initial registration fee, up to 7 programs are included after which an additional fee will be charged.
  5. Upload a photograph which will be the same on your primary ID and your admit card for NMAT as well.
  6. Pay the fees.
  7. Once the payment is done, you can schedule your exam after the option appears on your dashboard.
  8. Download the admit card from the dashboard.

Note: You can attempt the NMAT exam only 3 times in a year and a no-show is also considered an attempt.

NMAT 2022 Result

NMAT Result are released by Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) ever year. The NMAT result or score card are usually released within 72 hours of giving the examination. To check their respective results, candidates are required to have their login ID and password.
