You can check your DNB CET 2013 exam results on:

www.ExamResults.net

You will be able to download the mark sheet and result certificate for the exam from the website. The minimum marks for qualifying the DNB-CET exam and being issued a Pass/Qualifying certificate according to different categories are as follows:

    • General candidate – 50 per cent and above
    • SC/ST/OBC – 40 per cent and above
    • Persons with disability – 45 per cent and above

The scoring method of DNB-CET employs a standard psychometric approach based on a post-exam equating process that takes into account the differences in difficulty level of different question papers on different dates and centers and the performance of a candidate along with the difficulty of the administered test. Scores are placed on a common scale or metric using linear transformation to ensure that all candidates are evaluated on a common scale. The final merit list is a compilation of scaled scores obtained by all candidates.

There is no provision to re-check, re-total or re-evaluate your test paper, answers or score. Further, your score will be only valid for the January 2014 admission session and you cannot carry it forward to the next session.

The next step after qualifying the written examination is a centralised merit based counselling session conducted by the national Board of Examinations. The counselling serves to allot DNB seats in order of merit at various NBE accredited institutions/hospitals/medical colleges.
