AIPMT 2016 Exam Pattern

The CBSE Delhi, would be conducting the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination, 2016. This entrance examination is being conducted exclusively for the 15% merit positions for the Medical/ Dental Colleges of India as specified in the directive of the court and will be governed by the rules and regulations specified for the same by the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare from time to time.
AIPMT 2016 exam pattern
The 3 hour exam will consist of one paper with 180 objective type questions from the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology (45 questions from each subject). Unlike AIPMT 2014 (which had a preliminary exam and final exam,) AIPMT 2016 will be a single exam to be taken in an offline (pen and paper) format. The duration of AIPMT 2016 would be three hours.
Candidates can choose to get the question paper in Hindi or English while they fill in their AIPMT application form. Candidates would have to choose 1 correct answer from 4 given options for each question, using a ball point pen and marking the answers on a special machine-gradable sheet.
