Mahendra Nath Pandey, Union Minister of State, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), said that this decision has been taken recently and all the top colleges and institutions have been intimated regarding the same. Under this program, the mentally weak students will be paired with the stronger ones so that both can support each other and continue their studies.
