IIT JEE Advanced Result 2018 Declared

The result for the 2018 Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Exam have been declared today on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. The first rank was obtained by Pranav Goyal from Roorkee. Meenal Parekh from Delhi was the topper amongst girls. 

The admission to the prestigious IITs were held on May 20th this year. There are 23 IITs in the country and students which offer 11,279 seat up for grabs. Students, on receiving their results, need to register for choice of seats and submit preferred options under the Joint Seat Allocation Authority.

The process of seat allocation begins on June 15. The first list of seat allotment will be announced on June 27 and the final allotment will be announced on July 18th. The JEE will hold two mock allotments on June 19 and June 24. The last date for seat choice allocation is June 25.
