SNAP 2016 Result to be Declared on 9 January

SNAP 2016 result

The Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) was conducted successfully on 18 December, 2016 across 32 cities in India. SNAP is a common admission test conducted by the Symbiosis International University (SIU) for admission to its Post Graduate Management courses across various symbiosis institutes. The result will be declared on 9 January, 2017 as per notification released by the official website.

Reservation Policy

Apart from Symbiosis Institute for Management Studies (SIMS), all the institutes under SIU follow a reservation policy as outlined by UGC:

Within sanctioned intake

  • Scheduled Caste (SC): 15 per cent
  • Scheduled Tribes (ST): 7.5 per cent
  • Differently abled: 3 per cent

Over and above intake

  • Kashmiri migrants: 2 seats per programme
  • International candidates: 15 per cent

      • Open category (for sponsored civilian candidates/recommended by industry): 10 per cent
