23 more cities added to the list of NEET 2017 exam centres
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that 23 more cities will be added to the already existing 80 cities where the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) will be held this year. The decision was taken due to the increasing number of applications for NEET 2017.

Last year, 8,02,594 candidates registered for the exam while this year,11,35,104 candidates have already registered for NEET-2017.The medical entrance exam is scheduled for May 7, 2017. Four additional cities have been included namely Kolhapur, Ahmednagar, Amravati and Satara for the state of Maharashtra. Among the 103 cities where the NEET-2017 will be held the candidates can choose a city from where they want to appear for the examination in between March 24 to March 27 and . To do so, candidates can log on to the official NEET website (http://cbseneet.nic.in).

NEET 2017 will be held in 10 languages - Hindi, English, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Odia and Kannada, for admission to MBBS/ BDS courses in Medical Council of India (MCI)/ Dental Council of India approved medical/dental colleges.
