Schools to be equipped with projectors to reduce the burden of school bag

Human Resource & Development Minister, Prakash Javadekar, said that the Centre is going to equip schools with digital boards and projectors with special software to reduce the burden of school bag from the next academic session. Javadekar said that this digitisation process will help lessen the weight of school bags.

Already 20 hi-tech schools in Jawad were installed with LCD screens and projectors yesterday,12th July.The teachers of these schools have been trained to use the new technology amd the classes will commence shortly.The schools that have been turned into hi-tech ones, include Government Higher Secondary School, Athana and Boys Higher Secondary School, Ratangarh. BJP vice president and party MP affairs in-charge Vinay Sahasrabuddhe and MP Minister Archana Chitnis were also present for the function.
