Students of Jammu and Kashmir to receive their exam results via SMS
The students of Jammu and Kashmir will soon receive their examination results in their mobile phone through SMS. The government along with Education Minister Naeem Akhtar, is giving priority to the idea. Akhtar have already directed the Board of Secondary Education (BOSE) to start SMS service for results so that every student can be notified in the mobile phones.

Akhtar has also asked the officials of BOSE to upgrade the infrastructure in order to emerge as one of the best institutes in the country in terms of providing quality education and services. It was also advised to add a timeline for every service so that students will be noted in advance when his/her case will be looked up to.

The minister also asked to start a e-learning cell for the smooth working of the digital mode. He directed the officials to revamp the Board's website in order to help the students get their work done online. he also insisted that publicity campaigns must be carried out on a large scale in order to inform students and parents about various scholarships and examinations. recently, the syllabus for classes in J&K schools have been revamped to helps students learn in accordance with specific job needs,
