The institute offers programmes at both undergraduate and post graduate level.

Undergraduate Programmes:
 There are two undergraduate programmes that are being run by the institute:

  •     Bachelor of Engineering (B.E)
  •     Bachelor of Architecture(B.Arch)

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E): This four year programme is offered in following disciplines

  •     Bio Medical
  •     Bio Technology
  •     Chemical
  •     Civil
  •     Computer Science
  •     Electrical
  •     Electronics and Communications
  •     Information Technology
  •     Mechanical
  •     Metallurgy
  •     Mining

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Post-Graduate courses

Following Post graduate courses are offered by the institute:

  •     Masters of Technology(M.Tech)
  •     Masters of Engineering(M.E)
  •     Masters of Computer Application (MCA)

M.Tech: The programme is of two year duration. A student desirous of pursuing it, choose one of the following disciplines in it:

  •     Applied Geology
  •     Computer Technology

Masters of Engineering (M.E): This programme is also of 2 years duration. The institute offers it in only two disciplines:

  •    Civil
  •    Mechanical

Masters of Computer Applications: The programme is a three-year post graduate degree course.

ADMISSION
Undergraduate courses

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E): The students for this four-year undergraduate degree course are short listed on the basis of the marks scored in the All Indian Engineering Entrance Examination(AIEEE), conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) every once a year. Click here for more details on AIEEE.

Bachelor of Architecture(B.Arch): A five-year undergraduate degree course, the admission process for this course is same as B.E. The students are selected through AIEEE.

Post Graduate courses

Masters of Engineering (M.E) and Masters of Technology (M. Tech):
The admission to these post graduate degree courses are open only GATE qualifiers.

Masters of Computer Applications (MCA):
The admission process to this post graduate degree is done on the basis of marks scored by a candidate in All-India NIT MCA Entrance Test. Click here for NIMCET details.
