Can i take Ph D without qualifying GATE/NET or other national tests?
I completed my M Tech in Software Engineering after taking B Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. I have not qualified GATE, NET or any other national level tests. Can i take Ph D without qualifying GATE/NET or other national tests? -
