The Dr. Ambedkar Scheme of Interest Subsidy offers interest subsidy to meritorious OBC and EBC students so that they can pursue higher education abroad in the field of Arts, Engineering, Medical and Agriculture. The income ceiling is ₹3 lakh per annum for OBCs and ₹1 lakh for EBCs.
